Returns

• Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.
• All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

• All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Ragz & Co. Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued.

Exchanges:

• If you would like a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for the item and returning the original purchase.
